Craig McClure

Founder, CEO, and Coach

Craig McClure, the visionary founder and CEO of Team No Excuses, hails from New Jersey, where his lifelong passion for health and wellness began. From an early age, Craig was deeply involved in sports and physical activities, which laid the foundation for his commitment to a fitness-driven lifestyle.

Craig's dedication to transforming lives through fitness led him to become an online coach in April 2020. This pivotal moment also marked the inception of Team No Excuses, a rapidly growing community that now serves men worldwide. Craig's mission is to help others experience the profound benefits of a healthy lifestyle, just as he has.

At the core of Team No Excuses is a powerful mission: "Transforming lives one rep, one thought, and one heartfelt connection at a time; we're not just building stronger bodies; we're forging a community of healthier, wiser, and more emotionally resilient men." Craig's leadership and vision continue to inspire and guide his team and clients towards achieving their fullest potential.

Aaron Huss

 Coach & Men's Physique Competitor

Aaron Huss is a highly esteemed fitness coach with over a decade of experience in the industry. Born and raised in Portland, OR, Aaron's journey into fitness began with a passion for sports and physical activity. However, a significant injury during his junior year of high school redirected his path, leading him to discover the transformative power of the gym.

The gym not only became a sanctuary for Aaron during a challenging time but also reshaped his entire outlook on life. Witnessing firsthand how fitness could profoundly impact his own life, Aaron became determined to help others unlock their potential. His dedication and expertise have propelled him to the status of a national qualifying bodybuilder, underscoring his commitment and authority in the fitness world.

Aaron's mission as a coach is to inspire and guide individuals towards realizing their own strengths and capabilities, fostering a healthier and more fulfilling life.

Tyler Bouchard

Coach & Physical Therapist Assistant

Tyler Bounchard brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team as both a coach and a physical therapist assistant. Hailing from the Bay Area, California, Tyler's active lifestyle was abruptly interrupted by a serious car accident, leading to two surgeries and a prolonged recovery period. Despite these challenges, Tyler's determination led him to the gym at 18, where he faced and overcame lingering injuries that initially hindered his progress.

Tyler's unique journey through personal training and physical therapy has equipped him with a comprehensive skill set, enabling him to help clients achieve their peak performance. His firsthand experience with injury and recovery fuels his passion for assisting others in overcoming their own obstacles.

Transitioning into online coaching, Tyler has found his true calling in impacting lives on a larger scale. His excitement and dedication to Team No Excuses reflect his commitment to guiding clients towards their best selves, both physically and mentally.
